Dump Truck Driver (Class A or B CDL) | Earn $36-42/hr. + OT
Home Every Night. Steady Local Hauling. Real Pay.
Local dump truck driving with a growing Fox Valley company — home every night, no over-the-road, and steady work hauling for our paving and construction crews. If you want to be off the highway and back home each night while still putting in a full, well-paid day, this is the seat.
We haul asphalt mix, concrete debris, aggregate, dirt, and materials across the Fox Valley all season. We're looking for a dependable Class A or B CDL driver who keeps loads moving safely and on time between plants, yards, and jobsites.
We hire drivers who show up prepared, drive safely, take care of the equipment, and work well with the crew.
Work Safe. Work Smart. Work Hard.

- Load, haul, spread, and dump materials as directed on site
- Position the truck safely for loading and for dumping into the paver during paving operations
- Secure and tarp loads, verify weights, and stay within legal load limits
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
- Maintain DOT logs, inspection reports, and load/delivery tickets accurately
- Support the crew and jobsite as needed between hauls
- Work safely around traffic, crews, utilities, equipment, and hot asphalt
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and MUTCD safety standards
- Keep your truck clean and report repair or safety concerns promptly
