Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations (Tours, Walk through, and explain how to use) to showcase Hotworx’s infrared heat technology and workout benefits
- Assist customers with membership inquiries, explaining features and guiding them through sign-up processes
- Promote additional services and memberships through upselling techniques to maximize client engagement
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing promotional materials and ensuring the cleanliness of the sales area
- Support inventory management by stocking supplies, tracking product availability, and assisting with stock replenishment
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to answer inquiries professionally and follow up with potential clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive, energetic environment
- Follow company guidelines policy and procedures to uphold the most cleanliness and maintained facility that exceeds customer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience or customer service background preferred, especially in fitness or grocery store settings
- Familiarity with POS/CRM systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that can support team initiatives
- Ability to perform basic math calculations confidently for sales and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, product demos, upselling, and cashiering is highly desirable
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to promote health and wellness products in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during staffed hours and willing to pick up additional if needed with ample amount of notification.
- Understanding of Commission based incentive.
