Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Get out of the corporate rush and back to what dentistry is supposed to be.
We are a privately owned dental practice looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who wants more than a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
In our practice, you’re not just another number on a schedule. We believe in taking the time to provide excellent patient care, building genuine relationships with our patients, and creating a workplace where our team enjoys coming to work.
A Different Kind of Dental Practice
You won't find the corporate pressure or the constant push to do more in less time.
Instead, you'll find a team that works together, a doctor who values quality care, and an environment where you can take pride in the care you provide.
We want you to have the time and support to:
- Build genuine relationships with patients
- Provide attentive, compassionate care
- Work alongside a doctor who values your experience and input
- Deliver quality dentistry rather than simply focusing on production
- Be part of a close-knit team where everyone knows and supports each other
- Enjoy coming to work again
What You'll Do
As an RDA, you'll assist the doctor chairside, prepare and maintain treatment rooms, take appropriate radiographs, sterilize instruments, assist with patient care and education, and help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and proud of their work. Experience is preferred, but just as important is your attitude and your desire to be part of a team that genuinely cares.
Why Make the Move?
Maybe you're tired of being rushed from room to room.
Maybe you're tired of corporate policies that put production ahead of people.
Maybe you simply want to work somewhere that feels more like a team and less like a corporation.
If that's you, it's time to consider private practice.
Come work somewhere you can slow down, connect with your patients, work alongside people who appreciate you, and remember why you chose dental assisting in the first place.
Leave the corporate grind behind. Come see what private practice feels like.
Please send your resume to [email protected].
We'd love to meet you.
