Travel is an essential part of this role. While working away from home, COMANCO provides per diem, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), and transportation assistance. We also offer excellent, affordable benefits for employees and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of safely operating heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, loaders, and haul trucks. Experience with finish grading and GPS machine control systems is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to commute to local job sites when applicable. A clean driving record is preferred.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Compensation is based on experience, equipment proficiency, and qualifications.
