About the Role:
A-1 Total Service Plumbing, part of the Repipe Specialists family, is actively hiring Repipe Installers to support our high-volume residential repipe crews.
This is a production-based role for plumbers who are fast, reliable, and know how to move. You’ll work directly under a Foreman, helping complete full home repipes efficiently and at a high level of quality.

What You’ll Do:
● Assist Foreman with full residential repipes (PEX & copper)
● Cut, run, and install piping throughout the home
● Work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight access areas
● Support job setup, breakdown, and cleanup
● Maintain speed and efficiency while ensuring quality
● Communicate with crew and follow direction on job sites
Compensation:
● Starting at $1000.00 Per week, up to $1500.00+/week depending on experience
● Opportunities for bonuses, tips, and growth into higher roles
● No sales required — all jobs are provided
Schedule:
● Typical start time: 7:30 AM
● 36–45 hours per week
● Monday- Friday

Requirements:
● 1+ year of plumbing experience
● Repipe experience is a strong plus
● Comfortable working in attics and tight spaces
● Ability to work physically and keep pace with crew production
● Valid driver’s license preferred
● Reliable transportation required
● Must have basic hand tools
Nice to Have:
● Experience assisting on full home repipes
● Uponor PEX Certification (or willingness to obtain)
● Experience working on production-based crews
