Seeking experienced candidate to perform tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and experience in solving complex tasks. Duties include a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including:
- Review, Prepare, Process payroll
- Maintaining employee personnel records
- Verifies hours worked, paid time off, deductions and pay adjustments
- processing terminations
- process manual checks and bonus checks as needed
Although duties normally follow established procedures, responsibilities may include routine and minor corrections to make documents acceptable for processing. Provide all payroll reports to Payroll Supervisor.
Must be proficient in Excel with above average problem solving/organizational skills working in a fast-paced environment.
Cross-trained in all company payrolls and on-boarding of employees. Works under general supervision.
