Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, following responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are followed in the handling, preparation, and serving of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, server stations, and beverage stations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of banquet and catering operations
- Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service practices
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food preparation, handling, and service
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
