We are a growing roofing and storm restoration company seeking motivated Sales Representatives / Project Managers to join our team in the Charlotte area. This position is ideal for individuals who are competitive, self-motivated, and looking for uncapped earning potential.
Our team works directly with homeowners to inspect roofs for storm damage and assist them through the insurance claim and roof replacement process.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Perform roof inspections for storm or hail damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Meet with insurance adjusters during property inspections
- Present contracts and close sales
- Manage projects from approval through installation
- Maintain strong communication with homeowners throughout the project
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home services a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation
This is a commission-based sales role with significant earning potential. Top performers earn six figures annually.

Work Location
Field based – Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Limited training will be provided as the expected level of knowledge and experience will need to meet proficiency requirements.
The expected hiring / start date, should a qualified candidate be found and selected, will likely be 4/06/2026 or before.
