Immediate opening for a qualified journeyman level automotive technician at a busy new car dealership with an excellent reputation. Our culture is unsurpassed as a positive supportive work environment. ASE and or GM certifications preferred but not required, however, this is a not an entry level position. Must have own tools, and minimum 2 years’ experience as a journeyman level technician. Many manufacture required training opportunities, steady work load for a high producing flat rate technician, excellent pay rates, 401k with employer contribution, health benefits, paid time off, weekly pay, Monday through Friday. New vehicle dealership means, only the best special tools and equipment, constant training, manufacture techline support, also stay at the cutting edge of technology. Must have good driving record and be able to pass an illicit drug screen.
Pay DOE and certification up to $45/hr flat rate with high availability of work
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, particularly with GM vehicles. This position requires expertise in automotive service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with power tools and automotive electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs on GM vehicles
- Align and balance wheels
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems
- Conduct powertrain repairs and replacements
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in maintaining and servicing vehicles
- Extensive knowledge of GM vehicles
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience working with power tools
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Knowledge of powertrain components and repairs
