Job Summary
GenSmile AI (gensmile.ai) is an AI smile-simulation platform for dental practices. Dentists upload a patient photo and instantly show a realistic before/after preview of the treatment result — which dramatically increases case acceptance. Plans start at $99/month, and we are looking for 10 remote affiliate marketers in the U.S. to grow our subscriber base.
This is a 100% commission-only, performance-based role — there is no base salary. You earn 10% of every sale you refer, for as long as that customer stays subscribed. On top of that, any affiliate who brings in 10 or more new paid signups in a calendar month receives an additional $100 for that month as a marketing resource budget — money you put back into ads, tools, content, or lead lists to keep scaling.
Your audience is specific: dental clinics, dentists, orthodontists, cosmetic and general dental practices, dental office managers, dental labs, and dental industry groups and communities. If you already have relationships or an audience in the dental space, you will do very well here.
You work fully remotely, on your own schedule, with your own branded referral link and a real-time dashboard. There is no cost to join and no minimum payout — request your payout any time via bank transfer or PayPal.
Compensation
- 10% commission on every sale generated through your referral link — plans and credit packs both count.
- Recurring: you keep earning 10% for as long as your referred clinic keeps paying.
- $100 per month marketing resource budget for any month in which you generate 10+ new paid signups. This is provided as funds for you to spend on marketing tools, ads, or content that help you sell more.
- 30-day cookie window — you get credited even if the clinic signs up later.
- Payouts on request — bank transfer or PayPal, no minimum balance.
- No cap on earnings. Example: 10 Starter-plan clinics at $99/month = $99/month recurring commission, plus the $100 resource budget for that month.

- Promote GenSmile AI to dental clinics and dental professionals using your own referral link.
- Reach dentists and practice owners through the channels you know best — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook dental groups, YouTube, email outreach, cold calling, dental forums, newsletters, blogs, local dental associations, or trade events.
- Create simple promotional content: before/after simulation demos, short videos, posts, comparison articles, or email sequences.
- Follow up with interested practices and help them start their free trial.
- Track your clicks, signups and commissions in the affiliate dashboard and double down on what converts.
- Report monthly on what's working so we can support you with better assets.
What We're Looking For
- Based in the United States and legally able to work as an independent contractor.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or B2B/SaaS sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with existing connections in the dental industry — dental sales reps, dental hygienists, dental office managers, dental content creators, or anyone with a dental professional audience.
- Comfortable doing outbound outreach and self-managing your pipeline without daily supervision.
- Working knowledge of at least one channel: social media marketing, email outreach, paid ads, SEO/content, or direct sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven — you are paid on what you produce.
- Reliable internet, own computer, and good written English.
Nice to have: an existing dental audience or email list, experience selling SaaS subscriptions, video/content creation skills, or a track record with other affiliate programs.
