As a Parts Counterperson, you’ll play a critical role in keeping both our customers and service department running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting retail and wholesale customers with parts needs

Supporting service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment

Identifying automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems

Processing orders, invoices, and inventory transactions

Maintaining organized inventory and stock areas

Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Helping ensure a fast, accurate, and positive customer experience

Automotive parts experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and organized

Basic computer and inventory system knowledge

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Dealership experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Compensation range: $20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
