Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and delivery of site development projects from concept to construction.
- Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and site layout design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and permit applications.
- Lead project schedules, billing, and financial performance.
- Perform QA/QC reviews and ensure all deliverables meet client and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors on large-scale projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and offer technical guidance.
- Represent client in meetings with clients and industry partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred or in progress).
- 5+ years of civil/site design and land development experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
- Proven project management and client communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build strong relationships.

Pay: $93,272.25 - $101,295.05 per year
