Job Requirements:
- Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude and energetic approach to service
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Available at least 3 shifts a week and absolutely available on Sundays
- Champion of lateral service and steps of table service
- Own the individual guest experience
- Be a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow with Red Cow
