The legendary Gallaghers Steakhouse of New York has brought its iconic dining experience and rich tradition of hospitality to Boca Raton.
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and highly motivated bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, and spirits, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Requirements:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages accurately and consistently.
- Possess strong knowledge of beverage terminology, classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Follow all established steps of service, responsible alcohol-service guidelines, and safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Accurately process guest orders and payments.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the service and management teams.
- OpenTable and POS experience is a plus.
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant is preferred.
