The Early Childhood Enrollemnt Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations of My First Academy. They must be able to work with children and adults and have strong organizational and people skills. They need to be able to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators. Must also assist in ensuring compliance with all local and federal laws governing child care, administration, physical environment, and staff. Helps manage the childcare facility and assists within classrooms.

Salary: $17-$18.50/hr

Qualifications:
- Admin experience (preferred)
- Childcare experience/school environment (preferred)
- Degree in ECE or a related field (preferred)
- DCF 45 hours plus the Transportation Safety, Child Care Orientation, & Transportation courses (required)
- CPR/First-Aid cert (required)
- Sales experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Substitute or Floater Teacher as needed
- Responsible of the enrollment & tour process
- Responsible for closing the school
- Utilize CRM systems and any other platforms or software required
- Keep all children and center records up to date and in accordance with DCF standards
- Regular admin duties like front desk, telephone, and paperwork filing
- Additional administrative management duties assigned by the Director
