Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to ensure top-quality service and operations.

Manage all dining room systems including To-Go, Counter, Bar, and Kitchen operations.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant.

Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and support centers.

Develop and maintain schedules that balance labor goals with guest satisfaction.

Conduct interviews and assist in hiring to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Manage inventory and ensure sufficient supplies for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of two years management experience, preferably in full-service restaurants.
