Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Private Practice + Mentorship + Clinical Growth
Most people become physical therapists because they want to help others. The best clinicians never lose that sense of purpose. They stay curious, continue learning, and are always looking for better ways to help the people who trust them with their care.
Your Opportunity
Turtle Rabbit Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient practice. We are looking for a clinician who combines clinical excellence with sound judgment, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, communicates thoughtfully, works well as part of a team, and looks for ways to contribute beyond the minimum expectations.
Comprehensive Mentorship & Professional Growth
You'll work closely with the Owner and Founder of Turtle Rabbit Physical Therapy, a physical therapist with more than 30 years of clinical experience who is passionate about mentoring and developing exceptional clinicians.
Mentorship is integrated into daily patient care. Together, you'll discuss patient cases, observe the clinical decision-making process, receive regular feedback, refine your manual therapy skills, strengthen your clinical reasoning, and develop the confidence, clinical judgment, and decision-making that exceptional clinicians rely on every day.
Our mentorship extends beyond treatment techniques to movement analysis and our whole-person approach to care. We believe lasting outcomes come from understanding the root cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms.
Every new clinician begins with our structured 90-Day Clinical Development & Mentorship Program designed to build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, refine hands-on skills, and support a successful transition into practice. Mentorship continues through ongoing coaching, collaboration, and professional development throughout your first year and beyond.
If you're eager to learn, value mentorship, and are committed to continually developing as a clinician, you'll have the opportunity to build skills that extend well beyond those typically developed in a traditional outpatient setting. Our goal isn't simply to help you succeed during your first 90 days—it's to help you build the foundation for an exceptional career.
About Turtle Rabbit Physical Therapy
Turtle Rabbit Physical Therapy is an integrative outpatient private practice dedicated to helping people feel better, move better, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Our services include manual therapy, lymphedema treatment, Class IV laser therapy, and other integrative treatment approaches designed to improve healing and long-term outcomes.
We take a whole-person approach to care, recognizing that recovery is influenced by physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors. We look beyond symptoms to understand the root cause of pain and help patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
In addition to orthopedic rehabilitation, our practice provides specialized care for patients with lymphedema and complex musculoskeletal conditions through an integrative approach to care.
We believe trust is earned through individualized care, clear communication, and taking the time to truly understand each patient. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery.
Professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail, and genuine compassion guide how we care for our patients and support one another each day.
What Makes Turtle Rabbit Different
We believe lasting results come from understanding people—not simply treating diagnoses or reducing symptoms. We combine hands-on manual therapy, movement analysis, therapeutic exercise, Class IV laser therapy, and other integrative treatment approaches to identify and address the root cause of pain. Every treatment plan is individualized based on the patient's goals, presentation, and factors influencing recovery.
We recognize that recovery is influenced by physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors. By understanding how these factors interact, we help patients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in function and quality of life.
This philosophy guides how we evaluate, treat, educate, and partner with every patient throughout their recovery. It also shapes how we mentor and develop our clinicians.
One Patient. One Therapist. One Conversation.
We believe trust is built through time and attention. Our one-on-one treatment model gives you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, think critically, and provide individualized care without feeling rushed.
