Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.

- Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any inquiries or concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math and cash register operations is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing are essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience in a café or grocery store setting is a plus but not mandatory.
