QXL Security is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a background in sales, who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth. Our preferred candidate would have a sales background with experience in security or the service industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, online tools, and networking.
- Maintain and update CRM records, track KPIs, forecast sales, log and communicate sales activities with leadership.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and expanding partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting products, negotiating, and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong persuasion, consultative selling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Proven experience in sales, with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and prioritize prospects effectively.
