Responsibilities:
- Assess patients in their homes and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Provide SLP treatments to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in SLP or higher from an accredited SLP program
- Valid PA state license to practice SLP and NJ registration
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
