Nextaff is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for multiple long-term care facilities throughout Iowa! We have several contract opportunities available with flexible shift options, consistent schedules, and immediate starts.

Available Shifts
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift

Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Iowa LPN license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
