Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cleaner to join our growing team! In this role, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe, tidy, and inviting environment for our clients.
We supply all cleaning equipment and products, reimburse your mileage, and you keep 100% of your tips!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients during visits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or handling laundry services preferred.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required (NCDL required only if operating company vehicles).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Demands: Physical stamina to perform bending, lifting, and continuous cleaning tasks throughout the day.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a clean background check.
- References: Must provide 3 Character References and 3 Work References.
- Attributes: Trustworthy, dependable, honest, and receptive to feedback and instruction.
