New Car PreparationLot Attendant Specialist. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for the final preparation of new vehicles before customer delivery, while also supporting lot organization and vehicle flow-ensuring each vehicle meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and accessibility.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, 1 Saturday every 4 Weeks, 8AM-5PM

Perform full exterior and interior cleaning of new vehicles prior to customer delivery

Apply protective treatments to paint, leather, fabric, and glass as needed

Ensure new vehicles are spotless, polished, and showroom-ready

Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment and cleaning products

Organize and maintain vehicle placement on the lot for optimal flow and presentation

Move, park, and retrieve vehicles as needed for sales, service, and deliveries

Monitor lot condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld

Assist with inventory organization and vehicle tracking

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background test
Physical requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel

Frequently required to walk the lot to search for vehicles
