We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our auto dealership team in Tinley Park, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience managing office operations within an automotive environment and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Manage administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate communication between departments such as sales, service, and finance.
Maintain accurate records, including inventory, customer files, and financial documents.
Handle vendor relationships and office supply management.
Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
Support management with reporting and special projects as needed.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in an auto dealership or automotive industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and dealership management systems.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
