About Us
Bond By Voice is a children's app by App Merchant, Inc., soon to launch. We are building something meaningful and looking for a ground-floor team member who wants to grow with us as we scale.
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Story Production Manager to own our animated story production pipeline from generation to final delivery. You will start by doing the work yourself, then grow into building and managing a team of story workers as we expand into new languages and markets.
This is not a passive role. We don't micromanage, we expect you to think, take ownership, and bring solutions. Output and availability matter, not just clocking time. We’re looking for results, not hours.
Responsibilities
- Generate animated stories using our internal platform
- Review and correct animation flaws
- Maintain our Google Sheets content database with 100% accuracy — no errors
- Build new language-specific Google Sheets as we expand to new markets
- Follow strict file naming and folder organization protocols
- Create instructional training videos to onboard future story workers
- Manage our YouTube channel — uploads, scheduling, and analytics
- Hire, train, and oversee bilingual story workers as the team grows
Requirements
- Strong Google Sheets skills — this is a hard requirement
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Comfortable learning new AI tools and software quickly
- Basic video editing experience (DaVinci Resolve or similar)
- YouTube channel management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Obsessive attention to detail — filing and spreadsheet errors are not acceptable
- South Florida based — live in Broward or Palm Beach county preferred - occasional in-person meetings required
- Proactive self-starter — you bring solutions, not problems

This is a part-time role (20–25 hours/week) with a flexible schedule. We offer 5 days of paid time off annually, available after the first 90 days
