Are you a master of logistics with a passion for Five-Star service? Radiance Spa is seeking a Lead Front Desk professional to serve as the heartbeat of our spa operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to the Manager/Owner, ensuring our team, our schedule, and our space operate at peak performance.
This isn’t just a front desk job, it’s a leadership role where you’ll oversee the daily flow of business, manage our front-of-house team, and ensure every guest’s visit is flawless.
What You’ll Do
· Command the Calendar: Manage complex scheduling for clients and our service providers.
· Lead the Team: Performance & Accountability, conduct regular check-ins with desk staff and oversee spa standards to ensure we’re guest ready at all times.
· Supervise, train, and mentor our front desk staff to deliver excellence.
· Set the Tone: You’ll lead by example in high-touch client service, and by maintaining a professional culture.
· Operational Ownership: Lead in managing inventory, supplies, and maintaining our high standards for spa cleanliness and aesthetics. Including auditing stock levels and managing vendor relationships for product ordering.
· Management Proxy: Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker in the owner’s absence.
· Cultural ambassador: The front desk is the nucleus of our business. You’ll embody the culture of our spa for clients and employees.

· Leadership Presence: You’re comfortable being the person "in charge" and representing management
· A customer service expert: Who can turn any client interaction into a positive experience.
· No spa experience? No problem. We value your leadership pedigree and systems-orientated mindset that’ll ensure a steady hum of our daily operations.
