Responsibilities:
- Restaurant business acumen.
- Understands relationships between revenue, food cost and scheduling.
- Understands and exhibits exceptional hospitality.
- Ability to book and facilitate onsite parties. Participate in execution of on onsite events, promotions, activities.
- Maintain professional standards at all times.
- Full working knowledge of all aspects of food and bar service.
- Attention to detail of restaurant property, service areas, employee uniforms.
- Building employee schedules.
- Enforce and improve restaurant policies and standards.
- Conduct inventory review.
- Train new hire employees on restaurant standards, key points of service, POS system, menu knowledge and any other business needs.
- Consistently monitor employee performance and coach employees to success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 year of solid restaurant management experience.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with effective communication skills.
- "Can-do" attitude, initiative, and quick learning ability.
Work Schedule:
- Nights, weekends, and holidays.
