Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of HVAC installations for our valued customers. Your organized approach will ensure seamless communication between sales teams, subcontractors, technicians and clients throughout the process. Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation schedules by collaborating with sales consultants, subcontractors, customers and suppliers to ensure efficient & flawless HVAC installations for homeowners and light commercial clients.
- Utilize construction management software (Service Titan) to document and schedule all installations.
- Review accepted estimates, change orders, and scope documents to ensure a smooth process for all stakeholders and the company.
- Manage project documentation using Service Titan and other digital tools to facilitate accurate communication and record-keeping
- Track project timeline through effective project scheduling and communication with the technical teams regularly.
- Support project coordination efforts by resolving scheduling conflicts, creating efficiency and updating the management team weekly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or coordination with a strong understanding of residential trade work.
- Familiarity with scheduling processes and how to create an efficient schedule.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Service Titan.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and management teammates and customers.
