THE MONEY, STRAIGHT: 2 services an hour, $11 a service in tips (all yours), and a rate that climbs as you grind. Start around $42–44/hr in the chair, settle into $45–52 once your book is full. Flexes by location — we pay to the market, not to a spreadsheet average.
$500 just for being good at this. Hit day 45 and pick your bonus: fresh tools, cold cash, or Meta glasses / a GoPro to film your work. Know a barber worth a chair? Bring 'em and stack +$200. Your network is your net worth around here.
