Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing installation projects, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring all HVAC systems are installed efficiently, safely, and up to company and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Train, mentor, and support junior installers and team members
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and tools
- Clean driving record (valid driver’s license required)
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- EPA Certification
Pay: $29.00 - $42.00 per hour
