What You’ll Do
- Manage and service an existing personal lines book of business
- Provide quotes and help clients select appropriate coverage
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
- Assist clients with billing questions and claims reporting
- Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage opportunities
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
- Document all activity in the agency management system
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required for this role)
- Previous insurance experience (personal lines preferred)
- Commercial lines experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
