- Our company is looking for a Maintenance Person to perform different tasks, depending on the circumstances. You will be working to keep our properties in good shape and proper condition . As a Maintenance Person, you will have to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of systems and equipment. You will work to ensure all systems are clean, safe and fully functional. Construction experience is a must. A Maintenance Person will be responsible for repairing, and replacing plumbing components (faucets, flushing mechanisms)and faulty equipment . You should have experience with installing electrical wiring and plumbing , as well as general knowledge in carpentry and equipment repair. You will be working under direct supervision of facility manager . We expect you to use your knowledge of safety procedures and regulations to create a safe place for employees to work. Team work is a key factor.
- During contraction projects ypu should be able to perform general duties such a, framing,plaster/taping,plumbing and carpentry.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
