Client Service Analyst
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Pay: $24/hour ($36/hour overtime)
The Client Service Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for supporting client custody operations, monitoring service levels, and providing excellent client service. Working under direct supervision, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and support day-to-day operational activities.
- Assist senior team members with client conversions, reporting, and data analysis.
- Respond proactively to client custody-related inquiries.
- Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables.
- Utilize internal technology solutions to efficiently manage client inquiries.
- Introduce clients to new technology, automation tools, and product enhancements.
- Assist with maintaining and reporting client service metrics.
- Participate in team projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
