As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sales growth by identifying new market opportunities and trends. The ideal candidate is outgoing and has a track record of meeting management targets.
Job Description

Management of existing customers in the market segment.

Acquire new business partners and clients for the business.

Maximize each sales opportunity with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationship.

Participates in company and industry events and conferences.

Implement sales strategy, including investigating and developing new markets and customers for specific geographies, customers, market and/or product lines as guided by sales and market strategies.

Use pipeline reporting tools efficiently to document activity and manage sales territory.

Develop account tactics (goal setting, time management, and resource allocation).

Implement account pricing strategy within agreed upon guidelines.

Work with technical and executive staff on development of opportunities for new products and in negotiations.

Communicate value proposition and other critical information to customers.

Acquire key information (sales forecasts, service needs, and market trends) from customers and share with sales/technical/production management to strengthen company position.

Enhance customer relationship marketing to key accounts within assigned territory.

Achieve superior customer satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty at key strategic accounts.

Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Business related field

2+ years sales experience
-
Proven track record of inside or field sales in the electronics industry, preferred
-
Multilingual is a plus
