Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Person to join our dynamic hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities through hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and efficient environment across our properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, plumbing and light carpentry skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall safety and comfort of our spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct mechanical repairs including plumbing, HVAC systems, swimming pool equipment, and light carpentry work.
- Assist with hotel painting projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of the property.
- Collaborate and work efficiently with other hotel staff members
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field in hotel environments.
- Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, HVAC systems, light carpentry and general repair techniques.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
