Location: Bessemer, AL (HQ); Report to Birmingham office on Mondays then travel around the State of AL to different work sites during the week. --> No overnight travel; relocation package available if needed

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of dedicated commercial chiller experience (not general HVAC)
- Experience with major chiller brands such as Trane, Carrier, Daikin, and York/Johnson Controls
- Experience servicing multiple chiller types including centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers
- EPA Refrigerant Certification (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screening
- Must be 21+ (company vehicle requirement)
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

We are hiring an experienced Lead Chiller Technician to join our growing commercial HVAC team. This role is ideal for a senior-level technician with extensive hands-on chiller experience who can lead service work, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial chiller systems
- Troubleshoot centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and major repairs
- Lead job sites and support junior technicians in the field
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with dispatch/team
Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
