RN Case Manager
StartDate: 8/4/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Coordinate patient care across providers, oversee utilization review to ensure appropriate and cost-effective services, and facilitate timely, safe discharge planning by arranging post-acute resources and support.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

CA RN license
-
BLS
-
3 years hospital experience and acute level care coordination experience
-
Skilled experience with discharge planning and utilization review
-
Skilled experience with Midas, InterCall, Cerner, Curaspan, and Microsoft Office programs
-
Prior CA Dignity/Commonspirit acute care experience in specialty
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Minimal time off requests
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8hr Days, EOW
SYSTEMS – Cerner
START DATE – ASAP
