Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking of ramen dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently
- Support kitchen operations by handling food safety procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation practices
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and organizing supplies for efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to execute menu planning and ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation of dishes
- Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, including knife skills and meal preparation methods
- Experience with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with menu planning and catering operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience is advantageous but not required
