Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to a dump truck hauling rock, demo material, hot asphalt, and equipment transportation
Duties
- Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and dump trucks.
- Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial driving is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
