JEI Complete Auto Repair is a family-owned shop built on honesty, integrity, and respect. We're looking for a Lead Automotive Technician with 5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team.

Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
- Perform complete automotive repairs from routine maintenance to major engine and transmission replacements
- Accurately diagnose complex drivability concerns
- Work alongside our Service Advisor to help customers understand needed repairs
- Document inspections and repair recommendations
- Provide realistic labor estimates
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive shop culture
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Your own tools
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Pride in producing quality work
- ASE Certifications are a plus—but not required
