Top Edge Denver Automotive Technician, A/B Level, $30 to $55/hr
Top Edge in Denver is a rapidly growing automotive repair and accessories shop looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. We are not just a basic repair shop. We handle general auto repair, diagnostics, alignments, tires, suspension, lift kits, car audio, 12 volt electronics, and custom vehicle upgrades.
This role will primarily focus on general repair, maintenance, inspections, brakes, suspension, steering, tires, alignments, and diagnostics within your skill level. For the right technician, there may also be opportunities to work on aftermarket upgrades, lift kits, accessories, performance, and restomod-style projects if desired.

Pay range: $30.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and role.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform vehicle inspections with clear notes and photos
- Complete maintenance, brakes, suspension, steering, tires, alignments, batteries, fluid services, and general repair work
- Diagnose vehicles within your skill level
- Assist with larger repairs when needed
- Verify parts before installation
- Communicate findings clearly with advisors and the shop team
- Maintain quality standards and avoid comebacks
- Keep a clean, organized work area
A Level Candidates:
- Advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and complex repair experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and produce accurate recommendations
- May be paid on a billable-hour structure depending on experience and role
B Level Candidates:
- Strong general repair, inspections, brakes, suspension, maintenance, alignments, and R&I experience preferred
- Good fit for someone organized, dependable, and looking to grow into more advanced diagnostics and repair
- May be paid straight hourly or hourly plus production bonus depending on experience and role
Requirements:
- Automotive repair experience required
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Good attendance and communication
- Professional attitude and pride in quality work
- Ability to work well with advisors and other technicians
Pay & Schedule:
- $30.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and role
- Bonus opportunities available based on production, quality, and attendance
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekends
- Full-time position
- Paid holidays after eligibility
