We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, service, and support advanced industrial packaging mechanical/electronic equipment at customer sites nationwide. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and nationwide travel, this role is a strong fit.

Install, repair, and maintain advanced industrial packaging machinery

Troubleshoot using hand tools, test equipment, and multimeters

Provide on‑site and phone support to customers

Train operators and assist with product demonstrations

Work with engineering support team to resolve technical issues

Build strong customer relationships

Manage extensive, required travel (up to 100%): assignments typically last one to two weeks, and occasionally up to three. This position is ideal for a highly motivated technician who embraces travel and is driven to earn next-level compensation by becoming the “go-to” expert

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude derived from training and practical application
