- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage follow-ups efficiently
- Leverage sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and maximize productivity
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct during all customer interactions, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, especially in technology or B2B sectors, is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales technology adoption tools
- Experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to perform consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within designated territories
