We are seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments
- Conduct skin consultations and assessments
- Develop customized skincare treatment plans
- Perform Hydrafacial treatments
- Perform chemical peels within the scope of practice
- Perform dermaplaning (if qualified)
- Perform microdermabrasion treatments
- Perform LED light therapy treatments
- Educate patients on skincare routines and treatment recommendations
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms meet sanitation and infection control standards
- Maintain treatment equipment and supplies
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education
QualificationsRequired
- Active Virginia Master Esthetician License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in a Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery practice
- Experience with Hydrafacial
- Experience with chemical peels
- Experience with dermaplaning
- Experience with microdermabrasion
- Experience with medical-grade skincare products
- Retail skincare sales experience
- Bilingual (English/Korean, English/Spanish, or English/Vietnamese) is a plus
Schedule
- Flexible Part-Time or PRN
- Weekday availability preferred
- Some evenings and Saturdays may be required
- Hours scheduled based on patient appointments
