Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Project Manager to support the execution of commercial and industrial mechanical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience (or strong internship/assistant PM experience) who is eager to grow into a senior-level role. You’ll work closely with senior project managers and company leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client relations.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout under the guidance of senior staff.

Track project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.

Support the preparation of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.

Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Attend project meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders.

Monitor site safety compliance and quality standards.

Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as skills and experience grow.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction project management.

Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology, and construction practices.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to project management software is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).

Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to develop into a senior project manager.
