We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) for a 12-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have inpatient clinical nutrition experience and be comfortable providing nutrition assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing various nutrition therapies for adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements
- Current RD/RDN certification
- BLS certification
- Georgia Dietitian license required; candidates may obtain the license during compliance
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong inpatient clinical nutrition experience
- Ability to work with adult and geriatric populations
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments.
- Develop individualized nutrition treatment plans.
- Provide clinical nutrition interventions for hospitalized patients.
- Manage and monitor enteral nutrition/tube feedings.
- Provide support with Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN).
- Perform and monitor calorie counts.
- Evaluate patient intake and output.
- Assess and address food-drug interactions.
- Monitor patients' nutritional status and make appropriate recommendations.
- Provide age-specific nutrition care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, pharmacy, respiratory services, physical therapy, and other interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
