Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can handle multiple projects at once while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 4–5 residential construction projects simultaneously
- Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Perform material take-offs and coordinate procurement
- Manage all phases of construction: from excavation to finishes
- Supervise subcontractors and field staff to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal team
- Ensure all projects meet building codes, safety standards, and client expectations
- 10–15+ years of experience in residential construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of all construction phases, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read plans, perform accurate take-offs, and foresee project challenges
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites
