Although the office is located in Woodland Hills, all of the projects for this position are held in the Kern County area. This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. Some experience in any field of construction required. Our company works with residential homeowners looking to remodel or renovate their homes. The perfect candidate should:
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Have reliable transportation ( gas compensation provided)
- Perform job closeouts
- Attend to customer complaints or concerns
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, corporate management
- Reports any disputes or problems encountered to the Project Manager for strategizing resolution.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,100.00 per week
