The Fort Pickleball Club is a premier 43-court pickleball facility featuring competition-grade courts, a pro shop, locker rooms, courtside restrooms, fitness & recovery areas, and on-site dining. We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for our members, players, and guests.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Janitorial / Facility Maintenance Associate to perform daily cleaning and upkeep of our high-traffic facility. This role is essential to delivering the excellent experience our community expects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys keeping spaces looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of 2 locker rooms, the pro shop, two courtside restrooms, and other common areas throughout the facility.
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors to the highest standards.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters, and all restroom fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and doors.
- Dust surfaces, empty trash/recycling, and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) as needed.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or facility damage promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for janitorial supplies.
- Assist with occasional deep-cleaning projects or event preparation as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience (required).
- Must be energetic, friendly, and hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Legal documentation to work in the United States (required).
- English proficiency is preferred but not required — we welcome bilingual candidates.
