Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic

Theracare, Inc. is seeking a part-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our established outpatient therapy clinic in Osceola, Indiana.
Our clinic provides therapy to children with a wide range of communication and feeding needs, creating a clinically engaging environment where therapists can build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality care.
This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys pediatric outpatient practice, clinical variety, and working closely with families to help children achieve meaningful progress.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively with other therapy professionals within the clinic
Pediatric Caseload Includes
Our therapists work with children experiencing:
- Speech and language delays
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Developmental language disorders
- Social communication challenges
- Feeding and swallowing disorders
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
This role is best suited for therapists who enjoy pediatric therapy and appreciate the variety and creativity that comes with outpatient practice.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Indiana SLP License (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
